may make direct contact themselves.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">It is a strictly confidential relationship between client and therapist. An appointment will be offered as soon as possible, usually within a week.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The initial session will last 60 minutes, giving the client and therapist the Opportunity to explore the presenting problem and any other relevant details. When both parties are happy to proceed, counselling will be offered and another appointment arranged.
